Uploaded and generated files are stored temporarily for processing and automatically deleted after expiry. We do not log document text or keep permanent user files.

Job status and download URLs are technical, temporary processing URLs and are marked noindex where they are served by the API.

For privacy questions, contact contact@pdf-help.net. Do not email confidential PDFs unless we explicitly ask for them for support.
